KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
To develop and manage the implementation of the Regulatory strategy and the associated annual performance plans (APP).
The administration and management of the end-to-end Permit regime processes.
Develop Cross-border road transport regulations.
Stakeholder relations management.
Research and knowledge management.
Establish viable and feasible cross-border road transport business and financing regulatory model, and
People Management and Budget management.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and application of regulatory models, processes, and procedures;
Advanced computer skills;
Stakeholder Management;
Permit/Licensing management value-chain, management process and procedures;
Ability to translate strategy into operations;
Discretion in handling confidential information;
Ethical, attention to detail, integrity and highly confidential.
