Key Responsibilities:
Executive PA duties: diary management, email handling, filing, statutory and secretarial work, meeting coordination and minute-taking
Office management: oversee receptionist and cleaner, maintain a functional and positive office culture
Travel coordination and company event planning (e.g. conferences, annual Christmas party)
Manage company magazine, fuel cards, budgets, CRM system, and employee/contract lists
Ideal Candidate:
Holds gravitas and maintains strict confidentiality
Acts as an extension of company leadership
Highly organised, efficient, and proactive
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build internal networks
Zulu or Xhosa language skills will be an added advantage
Requirements:
Diploma in Secretarial Studies
Minimum 5 years' experience in PA and office administration within a corporate environment
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
