Executive Officer Advert The candidate will support and compliment the office of the Chief Executive Officer and develop interventions that will drive and redirect the Companyxe2x80x99s strategic goals for excellence in its Leadership and Business Development. The candidate incumbent will be based in Sandton. Minimum Requirement: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Leadership and Development Experience: 8-10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the similar role. Skills and Competencies: Financial Management: Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure the financial health of the organisation. Financial Risk Management: Identify and manage company financial risk that may impact organization's performance. Implement risk mitigation strategies. Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team within the finance, procurement, legal, and compliance functions. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Legal and Compliance: Oversee the legal and compliance functions, ensuring that the business operates within regulatory frameworks. Implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
