??? What You'll Do
- Lead all financial operations with precision, compliance, and transparency
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business units
- Manage financial controls, governance, and risk frameworks
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, Tax Acts, Companies Act, and related standards
- Oversee treasury, working capital, and cash flow management
- Drive process and systems optimisation, automation, and technology adoption
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
- CA(SA) (essential)
- 5+ years in a senior finance leadership or executive role
- Strong track record of team leadership and financial transformation
- System migration or implementation experience (advantageous)
- Aviation industry background (advantageous)
- Sage Intacct experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Strategic thinker with sharp analytical insight
- Deep understanding of IFRS, governance, and compliance
- Skilled in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting
- Confident communicator and trusted business partner
- Calm and decisive under pressure, with high professional integrity
