Oversee all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
Lead, train, and manage a large team of housekeeping staff and supervisors
Maintain and enforce top-tier hygiene and cleanliness standards
Manage stock control and procurement of linen, cleaning materials, and amenities
Work closely with maintenance and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control procedures
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in senior housekeeping roles within luxury hotels/lodges
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
Computer literate with experience in stock and scheduling systems
Flexible to work weekends and public holidays as required
Live-in experience at remote properties is advantageous
