Managing the housekeeping department efficiently according to company policies and 5-star standards.
Responsible for delivering excellent guest service at all times and maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the lodge.
Monitor staff productivity and day to day admin and operational functions.
Responsible for monitoring the consumption and procurement of guest amenities, linen, chemicals and cleaning supplies.
Education and Experience Requirements
Hotel School diploma or equivalent in Hospitality/Accommodation Services a must.
Solid experience as a Housekeeping manager in a 5-star environment.
Finer attention to detail and maintaining a guest centric approach in everything.
Ability to drive change and to look for operational efficiencies / synergies.
In-depth knowledge of laundry operations.
Excellent communication skills and developed emotional intellect.
Live-in position.
