Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the full kitchen team
Create and execute seasonal, garden-driven menus
Oversee stock control, ordering, kitchen administration and cost management
Maintain excellent hygiene and operational standards
Train and mentor junior chefs
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and guest experience
Support sustainability practices and local sourcing
5+ years' experience as an Executive or Head Chef in luxury hospitality
Strong background in seasonal, produce-led, wellness-oriented cuisine
Excellent leadership, organisation, and cost-management skills
Innovative, calm, detail-driven, and guest-focused
Passion for sustainability and holistic dining
Between 5 - 7 Years
