Job Description


Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 with a 3-year relevant qualification: BSS, BA, BCom
  • Secretarial accredited qualification advantageous
  • 3+ years relevant experience admin / secretarial and knowledge / understanding of financial services environment
  • Good time management skills and written / verbal communication ability
  • PowerPoint presentation ability
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Diary management and appointments, travel arrangements and ensure relevant correspondence is available. Ensure meetings are effectively coordinated.
  • Office maintenance / events coordination ensure supplies are within budget, coordinate meetings / events / workshops / conferences / training
  • Payment admin administer all payments, prepare budgets, reconciliations
  • Communication / Chairman Support Ensure communication between stakeholders
  • Strategic management & CSR Coordination Project support and coordination, corporate government compliance
Salary: R35 000.00 R45 000.00 per month for the contract to the ideal candidate
