Minimum Requirements:
1. Own vehicle and valid license
2. Degree or Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration
3. Minimum 8-10 years of experience
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
8. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
9. Experience supporting senior executives or multiple departments
10. Knowledge of basic procurement processes
