DUTIES:

• Resource planning support
• Manage teams xe2x80x93 Trade Execution, Planning & Logistics and Stock & Inventor Control Desks
• Develop systems and implement SOPxe2x80x99s
• Manage Team leader capacity and development
• Manage relationship with internal and external key stakeholders
• Monthly reporting and analysis
• Implement sufficient controls for all functions
• Manage and report DAP PNL (Delivered at place profit n loss)
• Ensure overall contract management and deadlines
• Improve and report monthly Logistics PNL (Profit n loss)
• Create and report sustainable long term transport rate matrix
• Responsible to manage and report monthly 3rd party stock reconciliations
• Manage and report monthly revenue cut-off
• Responsible to manage and facilitate annual audit process
• Ensure compliance to policies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a related role
• Tertiary qualification in a related field and/or BComm degree
• Operational Management with logistics background
• Strong admin and reporting skills
• Strong understanding of inventory management in an agricultural environment
• Strong operational assessment and reporting
• Strong in automation of systems, processes and operations
• Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal) in Afrikaans and English
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Team player and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment with multi-tasking skills
• Creation and management of KPIxe2x80x99s for teams and performance appraisals in line with business strategy and goals
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications
• Grains and oilseeds background - beneficial
• Exposure to ERP systems

HOURS:

• 08:00 xe2x80x93 17:00 Monday - Friday
