The role of an Events Manager is crucial to driving of sales and the development of the Banqueting, Events, Groups and Food & Beverage products and offerings. Lead the events team and department in the delivering of operational objectives and assisting clients and groups with all event/accommodation/activity and tailored requirements. Financial recon and reporting to Financial Manager and Events Custodian.:As an Events Manager you will create unforgettable experiences! If you're a strategic planner with a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to bring events to life, we want you on our team. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of world-class events while ensuring seamless guest experiences.Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
• Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
• Related Events Tertiary qualification essential
• Diploma/Degree in hospitality management or project management (advantageous)
• 3 to 5 years in similar industry experience
