Overview
We are seeking an energetic and hands-on Events Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role is based in Johannesburg South involves managing and coordinating events across Gauteng and nationwide. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, highly organized, and able to lead a team in delivering exceptional event experiences.
Key Requirements
- Age: 25-35 years (guideline)
- Valid driver's licence (Code 10 advantageous)
- Own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Physically fit and able to manage the demands of event setup
- Fully computer literate (proficiency in Email, Word, and Excel)
- Willing and able to travel nationally and work weekends
- Punctual, self-motivated, and trustworthy
- Dedicated and hardworking with strong attention to detail
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Manage and support a team of event professionals
- Oversee event planning, logistics, and on-site execution
- Ensure smooth setup, servicing, and breakdown of events
- Maintain high standards of service delivery across all projects
