About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

ETL Developer

to join our growing data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes that support data integration, transformation, and delivery for business intelligence and analytics. You will work closely with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes. Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability. Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth data operations. Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements. Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems. Create and maintain documentation of ETL processes, data flows, and architecture. Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration. Proficiency with ETL tools such as

Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Apache Nifi, or Azure Data Factory

. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL). Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data lakes. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of real-time data streaming tools (e.g., Kafka). Certifications in ETL or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft, AWS).
