Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in property maintenance, construction, or renovation projects? Were seeking a talented professional to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality maintenance and construction solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for maintenance, renovation, and construction projects.
- Analyse project plans, specifications, and scope of work to determine required materials, labor, and equipment.
- Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Evaluate quotes and compile comprehensive bid proposals.
- Ensure all estimates align with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
- Maintain detailed records and cost databases to support future estimating activities.
- Prior experience estimating for construction, property maintenance, or renovation work.
- Strong understanding of building materials, labor costs, and project budgeting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Great communication skills confident interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.
