Minimum Requirements



Proven experience as an Estates Manager or in a similar role is highly valued. Experience in property management, real estate development, or related fields is also beneficial A degree or diploma in property management, business administraton or a related field will be advantageous, but not a requirement

Skills required:


Strong leadership, management and communication skills are essential Excellent organisational and time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and responsbilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitlies are crucial for managing various siutations Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting is also important Experience in managing staff and contractors as well as familiarity with property maitenance and repair is valuable

Duties and Responsibilities



KPI 1 OVERALL UPKEEP AND APPEARANCE OF CAMPUS






KPI 2 ORGANISE AND EXECUTE PLANNED MAINTENANCE






KPI 3 ARRANGE PREPARATION OF FIELDS FOR SPORTS CODES






KPI 4 MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT






KPI 5 MANAGE GROUND AND BUILDING STAFF








KPI 6 SOURCE BEST SUPPLIERS, PLACE ORDERS, CONTROL DELIVERIES AND AUTHORIZE PAYMENTS.






KPI 7 BUDGET ESTATE EXPENDITURE FOR 1 AND 3 YEARS








KPI 8 ASSIST WITH SECURITY AWARENESS AND ISSUES ON CAMPUS






KPI 9 ENSURE OPERATIONS ARE WITHIN OHSA REGULATIONS AND OTHER LEGAL REQUIREMENTS






KPI 10 RECORD KEEPING AND ADMINISTRATION
