Estate Maintenance Manager required in Plettenberg Bay.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
Valid Driver's License.
Strong leadership, technical knowledge in maintenance and construction, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Experience in facility management are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing property maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and resident satisfaction.
Supervise daily smooth running of maintenance operations, coordinate gardening schedules, oversee building progress, and support security features
Maintain friendly, daily contact with residents to promptly address their maintenance concerns, ensuring exceptional service and community satisfaction.
Manage maintenance, gardening, building projects, and security tasks, working closely with residents, contractors, and staff to keep property pristine and well-maintained.
Manage the fleet and equipment, oversee procurement processes, and maintain detailed records for all maintenance activities.
Lead, train and motivate maintenance and gardening teams, participate in recruitment, and ensure adherence to safety protocols, fostering a positive work environment.
Remuneration:
This is a permanent role and salary according to qualification and experiences.
Availability after hours is required for emergency support.
