Job Description

Conduct detailed analysis of business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

Solution Design: Configure ERP system to meet client-specific needs.

Develop and implement custom workflows or reports to optimize ERP functionality.

Provide expertise on best practices for ERP customization and configuration.

Implementation and Integration: Implementation of ERP systems on local and hosted servers, as well as in a hybrid

environment.

Customising the solution to suit client's requirements and specifications.

Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity during the implementation process.

User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on the effective use of ERP system.

Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user issues and enhance user adoption.

Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of custom workflows and reports to ensure they meet quality standards and

fully integrate with the ERP system.

Work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to deliver successful ERP implementation

projects.

Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and make continuous improvements to ERP implementations.

Perform Data transformation and analysis.

Assist with Data Take-On for ERP systems.

Provide telephonic and e-mail support internally and to clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve reporting queries.

Documentation.
