Requirements
Minimum relevant three-year tertiary qualification, preference
will be given to candidates with a relevant B degree
Minimum two (2) years' relevant experience in providing and
supporting ERP functions.
Key Performance Areas
Assist with identifying, assessing and resolving issues/
problems within own area of responsibility
Maintain effective internal/external client/user relationships
Execute unit testing and string testing and business
scenario testing solutions
Provide user support including dealing with helpdesk issues
as required
Assist with preparation of training and business requirements
documentation.
