Job Description
Our client is looking for a suitably qualified EPWP Project Supervisor who will be focusing on Project Management which entails facilitating, monitoring, and reporting on a labour-intensive EPWP project across the 4 Gauteng Corridors: City of Tshwane, City of Ekurhuleni, Sedibeng and Westrand.
Requirements
Education:
A National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management, Project Management, or a related field (NQF Level 6 or 7).Experience:
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within Environmental Management, or community projects. Experience in managing a diverse team of site coordinators, drivers and office administration will be an added advantage.Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of EPWP guidelines, EPWP Ministerial determination, reporting protocols, and other relevant government legislation.Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, strong report writing, stakeholder management, and budgetary control.Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation:
Managing the full project from planning, implementation and administration, specifically focusing on managing drivers, site coordinators and managing resources.EPWP Reporting & Compliance:
Ensuring projects adhere to EPWP guidelines, accurate records of attendance sheets, timesheets, contracts, and payment sheets, overseeing site audits and inspections and ensuring that data is accurately reported on and ready for invoicing.Budgeting:
Managing and reconciling project budgets to ensure cost-efficient delivery.SALARY: NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
