As a Sales Assistant at M-Direct, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and supporting the sales team to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company and its clients professionally in face-to-face customer interactions.
Promote products and services to potential customers.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Work collaboratively with team members and management.
Participate in training sessions to develop product and sales skills.
Minimum Requirements
Matric Certificate (Grade 12) - Required
Valid South African ID - Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
No prior experience needed - full training provided.
