to join our team. As part of this role, you will play a key function in our customer engagement process. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering inquiries and providing initial and factual information to customers and engaging in teamwork. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, as you will be coordinating with both potential customers and internal team members to streamline the promotion of our products. You will also maintain clear, professional communication at all times, ensuring that potential customers feel confident in choosing our organization.

Job Requirements

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and goal-driven environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good account management skills which build positive commercial outcomes and satisfaction Familiarity with financial markets is advantageous but not required. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations. Based in Western Cape and available for on-site work. Worked in Retail before.

Minimum Requirements

Passed matric or NQF level 4(Matric Equivalent) Residing In Western Cape 18 years and above
