Job Summary
A leading mining and resources company is looking for an experienced Enterprise & Supplier Development Officer with strong experience in supplier onboarding, finance or supply chain processes, and enterprise development support to join their team in Mpumalanga. This role will focus on managing supplier onboarding, maintaining the ESD portal, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance throughout the contract period.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) portal and onboarding processes.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly procurement reports to regulatory bodies.
Facilitate supplier interview processes and collect data for reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legislation.
Support the ESD Superintendent in developing and implementing standards and best practices.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Supply Chain.
Minimum 2 years' experience, with at least 1 year in Finance or Supply Chain.
Experience in Enterprise & Supplier Development (advantageous).
Mining industry experience (advantageous).
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to work toward organisational goals and performance targets.
