JOB PURPOSEThe Solution Architect is responsible for bridging the gap between enterprise-level architecture and practical technology implementation. This role involves collaborating with project teams to design and deliver effective technology solutions that adhere to architectural standards and align with business requirements.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESxe2x97x8f The Solution Architect focuses on translating business and technical requirements into architectural designs for technology solutions. This role ensures that solutions align with EA principles and architectural standards.xe2x97x8f The Solution Architect will focus on utilising LeanIX and by delivering on these key outcomes, ensure that LeanIX is effectively used as a tool to support architectural decisions, compliance, and governance within the organizationxe2x97x8f Solution Design: Work closely with project teams to understand specific solution requirements and translate them into detailed architectural designs and ensure these fit within the EA frameworks.xe2x97x8f Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools and platforms to support the solution's architecture, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security and compliance. This may also include vendor solutions and providing relevant recommendations.xe2x97x8f Integration: Design integration approaches to ensure seamless interoperability between different technology components and systems.This should be applied to both new solutions and existing systems/applications, ensuring data flow, interoperability, and minimal disruption.xe2x97x8f Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive solution architectures and technical documentation.
