Job Description

Are you a highly experienced Document Management Specialist ready to lead the configuration and support of critical client capture processes? We're seeking a hands-on engineer proficient in the Kofax suite to ensure system resilience, scalability, and performance.
Responsibilities include:

• Platform Expertise: Configure and provide advanced support for solutions utilizing Kofax Total Agility (KTA), Kofax Capture, KTM, and Kofax Import Connector.
• System Management: Lead the implementation, installation, upgrade, and maintenance of Kofax solutions and related third-party packages.
• Operations & Support: Manage capacity, perform modifications, handle user creation, and provide general troubleshooting and production support (including standby duty).
• Documentation & Planning: Lead the creation of technical documentation and operating procedures; execute and report on Disaster Recovery (DR) tests.
• Delivery: Provide task estimations, lead proof of concepts (POCs), and report on technical progress in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of Document Management experience, specifically with the Kofax product suite aimed at content capture.
• Technical Knowledge: Proven experience with Kofax Total Agility (KTA) and other core Kofax technologies (Capture, KTM).
• Deployment: Experience in enterprise-level deployments.
• Methodology: Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Education: Relevant IT degree or diploma.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Kofax RPA and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript) for automation.
• Database skills and understanding of API integration (RESTful services).
• Experience in solution development and design.
