Weare looking to recruit a Enrolment Administrator to assist with the facilitation of the enrolment process as well as student queries regarding any enrolment related subject topics.

Additional notes:

This is a fixed-term opportunity, and the successful candidates will be remunerated for duties completed Training will be implemented for the duties and responsibilities concerned

Minimum Requirements

A final year student or Eduvos graduate

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Support the students on campus / online with all enrolment related queries and processes Support teams on campus with Data Integrity check Assist students and prospective students with campus tours and logistical navigation for classes Assist all relevant departments involved with enrolment with administrative tasks and duties to expedite an excellent student experience To assist in the administration and activities as required for the execution of a fast-tracked enrolment process where applicable to the Pre-Enrolment campaign Scanning and saving of Personal Information of prospective students as is needed for enrolment from a regulatory perspective
