Our client, one of the leading private medical services companies in South Africa, is looking for Wellness Specialists, Enrolled Nurses or Professional Nurses to work regular fixed shifts as Wellness Specialists at corporate clientsxe2x80x99 wellness days in Cape Town and Stellenbosch in the Western Cape.
Requirements

• Must be available for regular fixed shifts

• Valid SANC licence (if an Enrolled Nurse or Professional Nurse)

• Own indemnity insurance cover

• Experience working as a wellness specialist will serve as an advantage

• Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills

• Computer literate as you will need to enter data on a computer

• Own reliable transport and a valid driving licence are essential

• Must be willing to travel to events

• Must be willing to attend training days

• Must be able to work independently

Key Outputs

The scope of duties of the Wellness Specialistxe2x80x99s role will encompass the following:

• Manage and set up wellness stations required at a Wellness Day based on the clientsxe2x80x99 requirements and demographics. Wellness stations can differ from using a private office/room to setting up and striking gazebos. Gazebos are normally requested where there are no private rooms/offices available onsite.

• Assist clients, before conducting a health check/assessment, to register on the digital wellness system and obtain their consent and acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions.

• Validating/verifying the clientxe2x80x99s identity before commencing with the wellness assessment.

• Conduct health check/assessment based on the product/offering booked, referencing to the received invitation and completed application form.

• When managing Wellness Days and or Mobile Wellness Assessments, proactively communicate to the client using the agreed escalation channels for any service failures.

• Offer the highest standard of service to clients when performing wellness services.

• At all Wellness Events or Mobile Wellness Assessments act professionally and ethically, uphold the client and all relevant stakeholders' good name and reputation and ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the wellness services.
