I'm partnering with a leading retail organisation in the rare-coin and precious-metal space to identify an accomplished Senior Broker to join their national team.
This role is built for a disciplined salesperson who thrives in a premium retail environment, balances relationship management with commercial intensity, and understands how to position high-value products through trust, insight, and consistency.
What the role demands
A proven sales track record with the ability to consistently drive R250,000+ in monthly premium sales
Strong diagnostic and relationship-based selling -- not transactional, not "one-call closes"
Pipeline generation through networking, events, referrals, research, LinkedIn prospecting, and database mining
The ability to maintain and deepen long-term client portfolios through regular engagement and collection reviews
High standards in presentation, product knowledge, economic awareness, and brand representation
Operational discipline: CRM accuracy, compliance (CPA, FICA, OHS), stock control, and store management to retail standards

Meeting or exceeding monthly rare-coin sales expectations
Delivering a superior client experience across all interactions
Upholding brand excellence through appearance, communication, ethics, and consistency
Self-drive, resilience, and a calm, professional demeanour under pressure
Ideal profile
Matric, strong selling ability, well-presented, tech-comfortable, client-centric, persistent, ethical, and able to think on their feet. Someone who doesn't wait for foot traffic -- they create their own momentum.
