Job Summary
Requirements:

Tech. Construction, BSc. Construction Management, Engineering (Building, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).
Professional Registration with recognized Project Management or Engineering Association will be advantageous
Matric (Senior Certificate)
Valid SA Driver's License
5 years relevant engineering experience in facilities maintenance
5 years relevant engineering experience
3-5 years experience in Data Centre environment
Engineering maintenance, CRM & Property Management
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP knowledge
OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP knowledge

KPAs:

Maintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules in accordance to the SLA for all equipment and services
Provide a detailed and planned maintenance programme strategy to ensure business continuity incurs minimum downtime
Proactively manage the maintenance process and identify potential equipment / asset failure or problems
Investigate plant or equipment failure to establish root cause and recommend corrective actions
Initiate corrective action where omissions or failures occur
Manage the planned preventative maintenance process and ensure that all work is carried out as per the planned maintenance plan
Prepare Supplier Service Level Specifications pertaining to all the disciplines of this portfolio
Engage with suppliers regarding quality of maintenance
