Job Summary KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engineering Leadership: Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of mechanical and design engineers.
Product Development: Oversee the entire design and development lifecycle for crushing and processing equipment, including 3D modeling, detailed drawings, BOMs, and FEA.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and service teams to translate market needs into viable engineering solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
We are seeking a candidate with a BEng or BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical qualification. You should have:

8-10 years of engineering experience, with 3-5 years in a senior design or lead engineering capacity.
A strong background in the mining industry, specifically with crushing, processing, or materials handling equipment.
Expertise in equipment design, manufacturing, and field service environments.
Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with FEA and structural design.
