Job Description
Job Summary Technical Tasks, Competencies & Experience:
- Managing the overall maintenance strategy for processing plants
- Define equipment critically using a risk matrix
- Ensure compliance with & support for the mine's maintenance processes, strategies & standardisation projects
- Ensure compliance and safety standards to the MHSA
- Establish & maintain budget parameters
- Manage staff to ensure effective & safe Engineering practices
- Conduct legal inspections and address deviations as per the MHSA & submit reports to management
- Strategic Thinking
- Proactive
- Excellent Communication and Relationship Building
- High Ethical Standards and Integrity
- Ability to multi-task
