Engineering Manager - JhbFull job descriptionAbout the jobOverlook and implement world class maintenance systems, including but not limited to preventative maintenance. Ability to develop and implement a Total Productive Maintenance System within his organisation.About youMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Relevant Engineering Degree. Government Competency Certificate preferredRelevant Engineering Diploma with 10 years' experience in a Management position within Engineering. Electrical / Mechanical Degree / Diploma. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum of 15 Years' experience from manufacturing, engineering or FMCG environment, of which more than 10 years should have been in a Management role within Maintenance.Demonstrated experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.Knowledge of manufacturing operations and the maintenance of Asset as; Boiler, HVAC and Refrigeration, Compressed air Systems, Food Packaging and Processing technologies etc.Familiarity with quality management systems, Environmental regulatory requirements and OHS standards.About usDo things your way, the way you work, the way you develop, the way you progress, it's up to you.Working here you will need to enjoy a fast pace, complexity and it can get a little challenging.
