Job Description
Job Summary Mnimum Requirements: (Education & Experience): o Ndip (N6) or BTech or Bachelors' Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) o Government Certificate of Competency (Mines) o This role will carry a regulation 2.13.3.1 appointment o 5 years' experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance management in the mining environment Role specific knowledge: o Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act o Knowledge of Engineering Standards according to SANS o Proven ability in heavy mobile equipment maintenance management o Proven ability in managing OEM managed MARC contracts for heavy mobile equipment o Proven ability in operational and business risk management o Proven ability in engineering risk identification and hazard mitigation o Strategic management and planning vision of 2 - 5 years o Planning, analysis, coordinating and prioritizing tasks. o Relationship building and good communication skills. o Report writing and presentation skills o Interpersonal skills.
