The Role:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Managing customer orders, bookings, and account queries with accuracy and professionalism.
Investigating and resolving issues efficiently, always ensuring a positive customer experience.
Coordinating with internal departments to deliver seamless support for customers.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through clear and empathetic communication.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience within customer service, administration, or a call centre environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Comfortable using IT systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
