Standard Bank is looking for a driven technical professional to join the Endpoint Security team. The candidate will be expected to provide Information Security technical skills, engineering expertise and professional knowledge in implementing the organization's Information Security standards, framework, governance, controls and initiatives for the protection of systems across all geographies. This role forms part of a fast-paced IT Security Operations team which requires a results-driven individual who completes deliverables in a timely manner while maintaining an acceptable level of quality and service. The individual will work closely with the Cyber Security Team, Information Security Officers, Audit teams, architects, vendors, etc.
Microsoft Security Operations Analyst (Advantageous)
Certified Ethical Hacker (Advantageous)
Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Certification (Advantageous)
AI Certification (Advantageous)
Skills:
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
Microsoft Defender (Intune, MDE EDR, Host Firewall, Antivirus, USB Port Blocking)
Azure Arc
Automation, Artificial Intelligence and scripting
Security Co-Pilot
AWS and Azure Cloud Security
Network security and endpoint protection
Policy configuration and advanced troubleshooting
Experience of Linux skills is preferred, but not mandatory
Experience of PowerBI dashboarding is preferred, but not mandatory
Experience:
At least 7+ years hands-on technical experience in Endpoint Security technologies for Windows, Linux and MacOS.
Experience in Incident, Change and Risk Management
Proven experience in supporting a large enterprise
Experience in development, testing, deployment, management and support of security software on-Prem and Cloud environments.
