Job Description


Performs technical service for all computer hardware and software problems and enquiries and
provides liaison facility between the customers and the Information Management Unit.
Key Responsibility Areas

  • Administers all user queries and fault escalations calls.
  • Diagnoses and solves problems remotely and ensure that service delivery is not hampered
by the delays in resolving queries.
  • Provides Information Technology hardware and software support.
  • Produces and distributes statistical data.
  • Maintains change control and schedule all implementations and ensure that adequate
support and time is available.
  • Performs quality checks of all queries logged and close the logged query on the system when
it is resolved.

Essential Requirements
  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field.
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license.
  • 2 Years relevant experience.

  • 3 Years relevant experience.
