About the Role



We're not looking for someone who dabbles in email marketing.
We're looking for someone who lives in the dashboard, thinks in flows, and dreams in subject lines.

This role is for a true email marketing specialist, not a generalist. You will take complete ownership of the email channel across one or more eCommerce brands. From automated flows to one-off campaigns, segmentation strategies to performance analysis, your work will directly drive revenue. No fluff. No busywork. Just results.

What You'll Be Responsible For



Own the entire email marketing function, from strategy to execution Plan and implement automated email flows such as abandoned cart, welcome, upsell, and winback Develop and manage the campaign calendar including product launches, promotions, and content pushes Manage segmentation, list growth, and list hygiene to keep engagement strong Write high-converting subject lines, preview text, and email body copy that sells Coordinate with our creative team to produce scroll-stopping emails with strong visuals and CTAs Analyze and report on email KPIs including open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and revenue per email Constantly A/B test subject lines, send times, content blocks, layouts, and call-to-action placement Implement deliverability best practices using suppression lists and sender warming Stay on top of platform updates from tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or others

What We're Looking For



At least 5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably for eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands Mastery of platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or equivalent A proven ability to drive sales through lifecycle marketing Deep understanding of segmentation logic, trigger-based automation, and flow setup Strong writing and editing skills with an instinct for what converts Confident in analyzing performance data and making fast decisions based on it Experience managing multiple lists or brands at the same time A constant drive to improve results, test new approaches, and question what is working Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently without micro-management

Pay: From R350000,00 per year
