We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. Create compelling email content, including copy, images, and call-to-actions. Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions. Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and delivery. Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo). Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
