Who We Are

Beluga Grow is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping DTC e-commerce brands scale profitably through Meta, Google, TikTok, and retention channels such as Email and SMS.

We're now looking for a creative and performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist to own and grow our clients' retention strategies--building campaigns that deepen customer loyalty, drive sales, and increase lifetime value.

What You'll Be Responsible For

This isn't a basic email marketing gig. You'll take full ownership of client retention strategies across Email and SMS, from strategy to execution, reporting, and optimisation.

Developing full retention strategies for DTC e-commerce brands (Email + SMS) Writing, designing (using templates/tools), and scheduling campaigns and automations Building and optimising email flows like Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, and more Managing email lists, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices Reporting on key metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue attribution) and proposing actionable improvements Collaborating with paid media teams to align campaigns across customer journey touch points Staying on top of the latest trends in email marketing, retention strategies, and e-commerce marketing Managing client communications, presenting ideas, reports, and optimisations

What We're Looking For

You should have hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimising Email and SMS marketing for DTC e-commerce brands. You'll be proactive, creative, data-driven--and obsessed with squeezing every bit of value out of every customer list.

2+ years' experience in email marketing, ideally for e-commerce/DTC brands Experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, or similar Confident copywriter with an eye for design (you don't need to be a graphic designer, but you know what looks good) Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and CRM best practices Analytical thinker, able to pull insights from data and act on them Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
