Salary

: $1650/month (quarterly review) plus performance commission

Hours: Full-time, GMT timezone - 50 hrs/week, Monday to Saturday

We're scaling two arms fast:

Airbnb Management (we take on and operate properties), and

Airbnb Coaching (we coach clients to build their own Airbnb businesses).

This is not a basic VA role. We want an elite operator (top 5%)--detail-obsessed, a quick learner, and a time-management machine. If that's not you, don't apply.

What You'll Own:

Property Deal Analysis: Run numbers, stress-test assumptions, summarise insights, make go/no-go recommendations.

Research & Vendors: Source cleaners, handymen, photographers; compare quotes & reliability.

Admin & Systems: Keep Notion/clickup tidy, update dashboards, document processes.

Assisting with a variety of admin related tasks

You Are Someone Who Is:

Must-Haves (Hard Requirements):

Fluent spoken English (clear, confident, professional) and excellent written English (UK-appropriate tone, zero basic errors).

3-5+ years in a senior VA / ops / project coordination role supporting founders or execs.

Strong spreadsheets & numbers (Google Sheets/Excel).

Hands-on with Notion/Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack, Canva/CapCut (or similar)

Full-time availability in GMT hours (reliable, consistent).

Stable internet + reliable backup.

KPIs:

Speed & Accuracy: On-time delivery

Deal Analysis Quality: Correct math, clear assumptions, actionable insights.

Ops Reliability: SLA met, smooth escalations, low incident rate.

Documentation: SOPs up to date; dashboards decision-ready.
