Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company in all forms of communication, maintaining good working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients.
Respond to and follow up on all enquiries by email, telephone and personal visits as required.
Investigate work failures, trouble shoot and lead corrective action.
Increase customer awareness of Field and Workshop Services capabilities
Manage and support field and workshop service assignments and manage individual productivity with the support of the relevant supervisor.
Ensure all relevant commercial detail is relayed back to the operations team, and jobs are invoiced accurately and on time
Institute corrective action where KPIs and key measurable are falling short of agreed targets
Assign tasks to subordinates.
Deal with queries and escalated issues in timely manner, achieving resolution.
Manage the performance of direct reports in accordance with the BMG performance management policy and procedure.
