Minimum Requirement

• BEng Electronic Engineering.
• BEng Hons Electronic Engineering (desirable).
• Min 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience.
• Hardware and software
• Digital signal processing techniques as they relates to audio and biomedical signal processing techniques.
• Software expertise in MATLAB or alternatives is required.
• Analog circuit design.
• CAD software like Solidworks.

Responsibilities
Electronic Engineering

• Design and development of components for audiometric products.
• Manage medical device design and development requirements.
• New hardware developments, including product fixes, new features, and improvements.
• Provide input for clinical and technical evaluation of products.
• Conduct EMC testing as and when required.
• Ensure the current products and new products adhere to device-specific and EMC standards.

Research and Development

• Assist with risk assessments, clinical investigations, and product regulatory research.
• Conduct research on new product development and existing product improvements based on the latest trends and regulations.
• Develop prototype hardware as required, including arranging manufacturing quotes and services.
• Troubleshoot and test mobile device hardware issues relating to the company software.

Product Operations

• Oversee the calibration process.
• Assist with manufacturing operations on device standardizations and validations.
• Control and monitor audiometric measuring equipment, including scheduled maintenance and calibrations.
• Assist with medical device qualification and certification.

QMS

• Ensure that QMS guidelines are adhered to.
• Ensure that all supporting documents are kept to date.
• Ensure that all processes are kept relevant.
