Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' Electrical / Training Manager experience
- Relevant Tertiary qualification required (B.Eng, B.Tech, in Electrical Engineering beneficial)
- Electrical Trade Tested and 5 years' experience as a Training Manager also accepted
- Valid Passport and drivers license - need to travel for extended periods
- Accredited with SETA as a Facilitator, Assessor and / or Moderator (Beneficial)
- MV and LB cable accessory qualification beneficial
- Develop and grow an existing EWSETA accredited training centre
- Compile training material / Conduct training both locally and internationally
- Book and plan training courses, develop training centre as a standalone business unit
- Ensure all training materials, tools have been delivered to the client prior to commencement of training
- Ensure all training documentation is updated with the lates product offerings and industry best practices
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
