REPORTING TO: Contracts Manager
DEPARTMENT: Engineering
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The individual will be responsible to provide efficient supervision during the execution of projects from pre-engineering to commissioning and handover. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Years of experience in industry: 3 xe2x80x93 5 years
• Wiremanxe2x80x99s License xe2x80x93 Phase 3 essential
• Experience in Automotive Sector essential
• Matric or National Technical Certificate 3
• Automotive Industry/Sector (with strong emphasis on Industrial Automation) Experience essential
• Tertiary Qualification in Electrical (Trade Test) with Wiremanxe2x80x99s License
• Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License Code 08
• Own Transport is Essential
• Must be willing to travel and work away from home

• Formulating Production Program xe2x80x93 Control/Planning
• Achieving Targets and Ensuring that Budgeting Guidelines are met
• Scheduling work throughout Plant/Site
• Managing General Multi Projects
• Working with Clients and Relationships
• Ordering of Raw Materials/Components for Plant Equipment and Labour Utilization
• Set Delivery Schedules
• Management of the Electrical Manufacturing and Installation Teams
• Adherence to Health and Safety Requirements
• Adherence to ISO Standards
• Adherence to any other instruction as given by the Electrical Contracts Manager

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Minimum of 3 xe2x80x93 5 years Supervisory and Management Experience
