Ohmni Recruitment is recruiting a

hands-on Electrical Site Supervisor

for

industrial electrical projects

. This role requires an engineering professional who takes

full responsibility for delivery, safety, quality, and cost

across demanding industrial environments.

Role Responsibilities



? Supervise and manage industrial electrical site activities
? Take ownership of project execution from start to finish
? Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and cost controls
? Lead site teams and subcontractors
? Monitor progress, reporting, and site performance

Qualifications & Experience



? National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
? Minimum

3 years' experience

in industrial electrical site supervision

Requirements



? Strong hands-on industrial electrical background
? Willingness to travel between industrial sites
? Available for overtime when required
? Willing to work away from home from time to time
? Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
