Job Summary Responsibilities:

Conduct plant checks with electrical charge hand and artisans.
Assist the Engineer in planning, organizing, and controlling the Electrical Department.
Supervise repairs to motors, control equipment, and other electrical systems.
Ensure all work is completed according to job cards and planned maintenance schedules.
Report and follow up on serious defects to ensure timely repair or replacement.
Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure compliance with standards.
Undertake installation and modification of plant and equipment as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10 years' experience in the electrical field post-apprenticeship.
N4 Electrical Qualification with Electrical Trade Test.
Management experience in an engineering environment.
Strong knowledge of HV, MV, and LV reticulation.
Proficient in various PLC systems and fault-finding techniques.
Thorough understanding of electrical and electronic equipment, tools, and industry practices.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD line diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.
