Job Description
Our client in the Electrical industry, based in Brackenfell, Cape Town, is looking for experienced Electrical Foreman.Key Performance Areas:Site Management
- Ensure the site is in working order
- Management of all project plans
- Liaise with contracts manager, sub-contractors and main-contractor
- Ensure timeous tool and material availability
- Complete snagging and de-snagging
- Ensure employee productivity
- Maintain employee discipline
- Manage employee timekeeping
- Motivation of team members
- Ensure all staff comply with SHE regulations and specification
- Ensure health and safety file is up to date
- Attend and report to site-related instances as per SOP
- Maintain the highest quality on all jobs
- All administrative functions related to the site management
- Electrical Foreman: 3 years (Required)
- Electrical trade test certificate? (Required)
- Brackenfell, Western Cape (Required)
