Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
Develop, review, and update course content, teaching materials, and assessments.
Supervise student projects and provide academic support.
Ensure timely grading, moderation, and submission of results.
Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and curriculum improvement initiatives.
Engage in research, publications, and professional development.
Contribute to faculty meetings, advisory committees, and academic planning.
Mentor and support academic staff where required.
Maintain compliance with institutional policies, academic standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred).
Proven experience teaching in higher education or similar academic environments.
Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering principles and applications.
Experience with curriculum development, assessment, and student supervision.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage with students and foster an interactive learning environment.
Research experience and/or publications in relevant areas advantageous.
