Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is eager to develop practical skills, contribute to real projects, and grow within a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components
- Prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation
- Support senior engineers with project execution and fieldwork
- Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance assessments
- Ensure project compliance with relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, and production engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, or control systems
- Proficiency with engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
