About the Role
WCC Assessments is seeking a qualified and experienced
Electrical Engineering Facilitator
to join our dynamic training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, industry-relevant training in Electrical Engineering and related qualifications.Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and assess learners in Electrical Engineering programs in line with QCTO and EWSETA standards. Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and learning materials. Conduct assessments, provide learner feedback, and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with training quality standards and occupational health and safety requirements. Support learners throughout their training journey to ensure successful completion.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree
in Electrical Engineering.3-Phase Wireman License
orQCTO equivalent qualification.
Electrical Trade Test
(recognized).EWSETA Assessor/Facilitator registration.
Solar PV Greencard Certification.
Minimum 3 years of work experience
in the electrical trade (training experience an added advantage).Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in electrical systems. Ability to engage and motivate adult learners. Professional, organized, and quality-driven.
