Minimum Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Min of 3 years of experience in renewable energy, with a focus on PV solar projects.
• Proficiency in PV system design software and tools (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and grid integration.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Professional Engineer (PR Eng) license preferred.
• Understanding of sustainability and environmental principles.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks,
• manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and budgets.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar resource potential and constraints.
• Create detailed project designs, including solar array layouts, electrical schematics, and system specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

• Perform performance modeling, shading analysis, and energy yield assessments.
• Conduct system simulations to optimize PV system performance and efficiency.
• Evaluate and select solar components such as modules, inverters, and racking systems.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for procurement and installation.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and submit permit applications, interconnection agreements, and other necessary documentation.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and utility companies to secure project approvals and grid connections.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage project risks throughout all project phases.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices throughout project execution.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among project teams.
